Privacy notice
This page explains how we handle your data when you visit the site and when you send us a request, why we do it and what rights you have.
Who is the data controller
Kevin Sussi Simone, owner of the Elvora business, based at Via Teobaldo Ciconi 7, Udine 33100 (UD), Italy, VAT no. 03139540300. For any question about privacy, you can email us at info@elvoragroup.it.
What data we collect
- Your contact details: full name, phone number and email address, which you give us through the contact form or by writing to us directly.
- Any information you choose to add to your request, such as the town or city of the property, the number of bedrooms, the dates of your stay or a message.
- Technical browsing data: IP address, browser type, date and time of the visit. These are recorded by the provider that hosts the site, to run and protect it; we do not use them to profile you. We also count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, anonymously, in aggregate and without cookies.
Please don't include unnecessary information in your message, such as health data or identity documents.
Why we use it
We use your data only to contact you and reply to you: to prepare your estimate or give you the information you asked for about a stay. The legal basis is your own request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), so no separate consent is needed.
If you decide to work with us, we also use it to manage our relationship and to meet our legal obligations, for example for tax purposes (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c)). Technical browsing data is used to keep the site running securely (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
Confidentiality
Your data stays confidential. We do not publish it, sell it or pass it on to anyone for advertising or any other purpose. We do not make automated decisions about you.
How long we keep it
- If we don't end up working together, we delete your data as soon as your request is closed.
- If we do work together, we keep it only to manage our relationship and, once it ends, for as long as tax and civil-law obligations require.
- Technical browsing data is kept for the period set by the hosting provider, usually a few days or weeks.
Who can see your data
Only the members of the Elvora team handling your request. To receive messages and run the site, we rely on technical providers who store data on our behalf, following our instructions and without being able to use it for themselves:
- Vercel Inc. (United States), which hosts the site;
- Resend Inc. (United States), which delivers contact form requests to our mailbox, and FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which we use as a backup if Resend is unavailable;
- Microsoft 365, provided through GoDaddy, which hosts the mailbox where requests arrive.
Where a provider is based outside the European Union, the transfer takes place with the safeguards set out in the GDPR, such as the European Commission's adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Links to other sites
The property cards link to listings on Airbnb, and the office address opens Google Maps. These are other companies' sites, with their own privacy notices, which we recommend you read.
Your rights
At any time, you can ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy (Art. 15);
- correct or complete it (Art. 16);
- delete it (Art. 17) or restrict its use (Art. 18);
- give it to you in a machine-readable format so you can pass it on to someone else (Art. 20);
- stop processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).
Email us at info@elvoragroup.it and we'll reply within one month. If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Cookies
The site only uses what it needs to work, with no profiling cookies. You'll find the details in our cookie policy.
